I want to improve my drawing skills before continuing this specie, so I'm putting it on hold.
Also, I want to complete this info/spec sheet before fully have it out so... yah..

 Origins 

Humans always described them as...

"fallen angels who grant wishes"

Though, calling them fallen stars would be more accurate.

They are star droplets that are born from humans' desire for their wishes to come true.
Thus, each of them are born with the ability to grant one wish in their lifetime.

 Life cycle 

When Starlets are dropped to the Earth, they are already in the form of a human child who can walk and talk.
All of them will stop growing at a certain age (different for each, most stop before 50 years old).
Example : one can grow until 10 years old and remains the look of 10 for the rest of it's life

Starlets have the same lifespan with humans only if they used their wish before 120 years old.
This means that they will never die until they use the 1 wish they are born with.
(can still die of natural causes/accidents etc)
If the wish is used after 120, a starlet can live for another 60 years (maximum) starting from the day the wish is used.

When they decease, their body starts glowing, and then eventually they turn into stardusts and reunite with their origin star.

They say...
ones that are born with a light glow are born from desire of common wishes to come true
ones that are born with a dark glow are born from desire of harmful wishes to come true
ones that are born from a coloured glow are born from desire of extremely selfless wishes to come true
However, this does not decide their personality, but it decides their ability.

 

Marking & Ability

Each one of them has a star marking on their body.
This shows wether if they have used their wish or not.
If they used their wish, the marking will disappear.

Light glow borns = able to grant common wishes
Dark glow borns = able to grant more powerful wishes
Coloured glow borns = able to grant influential wishes
